Where do we take care of your pet?

All from the comfort of your home! We think it’s important to keep our clients where they are most comfortable, which is their own environment. While we are with your pet, it’s our mission to keep them on their regular routine until you return.

Will I get to meet my pet sitter?

Yes! All services begin with a meet and greet between you and one or more of our pet sitters. That way you’ll have the same person/people coming back to take care of your pet. If an occasion ever arises where your regular sitter(s) are not available, we offer an additional meet and greet to become acquainted with the new sitter. Are we bonded and insured?

Yes! We are fully bonded and insured through Pet Sitter Associates for any emergencies and to give everyone peace of mind that not only your pet, but your home, keys and other important things are covered.

What if my schedule changes and I don’t need a regular service I have scheduled?

We understand that life happens and sometimes schedules change. As long as we have 24 hours notice, we are happy to cancel your visit free of charge. If it’s under 24 hours, we ask for 50% of your usual fee.

Will I get updates about my pet and be able to contact my pet sitter(s)?

Yes! We will give you access to our online portal/app so you can chat with your pet sitter and we send regular updates about how your pet is doing with photos. Check out our Pet of the week blog to see the photos and tidbits we gather about all our clients.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

Do you offer service on weekends?

Yes, as long as we have availability in our schedule we are happy to take care of your pet on weekends, weekdays, morning, afternoons and evenings. Visit our Services page for a complete list of services we offer.

I’d like to use a package but I need an additional visit that is not included in the package. Can I add to it?

Yes! Our packages are usually a great base for our clients, but don’t always cover every single visit you are looking to schedule. We will apply the package to your account, and then add on the additional visits you need at their regular price. This will result in two invoices, but you can pay them both at once!
