🐾 Stella 🐾

Put your paws together for our pet of the week, Stella! This blog post also marks her birthday and she's turning 7 years old. This beautiful chocolate lab is quite friendly but a little timid in noisy thunderstorms -- and might even pick up the pace just walking past wind chimes! When she's not feeling skittish, she's happy as can be to enjoy some company and fresh air. Let's see more of this bella Stella!

Her owners have opted for our 30 minute dog walk to break up the work day with the opportunity to stretch her legs and go potty. Alex, Ryan, and Kelsey have had the pleasure of seeing her most frequently, and we are lucky enough to see her a couple of times a week as needed. We help keep her jitters at bay by resetting her puppy youtube channel for hours of uninterrupted calm musical distractions from the outside world. In the summer months, Stella also gets a cool and calming pupsicle treat.

We are also really in tune to a number of her conditions, including attention to her gait when her hip is acting up, and being aware of signs and symptoms of seizure and the protocol if one happens while we're helping to care for Stella. We also don't want ticks to find their way into her and use her lint roller to collect any of those unwanted little critters! Seeing her smiling face always makes for a great visit.
